Pre-orders at the special price are open until the end of October – or until stock runs out. All reserved olive oil will be delivered in November and December.
Our extra virgin olive oil is produced by cold pressing, never exceeding 27 °C. This gentle method preserves its natural antioxidants, vitamins, and rich flavour.
It is unfiltered and therefore less processed, retaining more olive pulp that gives the oil a fuller flavour and fruitier aroma.
We harvest our olives early – in October – to ensure a high level of polyphenols, the natural plant compounds that act as powerful antioxidants. Antioxidants help protect your cells from oxidative stress and the harmful effects of free radicals. The result is an oil that is not only delicious and aromatic but also supports your wellbeing.
The oil is pressed at Almazara El Manzanillo, a small traditional olive mill near the village of Zahara.
Our olive groves include the varieties Arroyal, Manzanilla Verdosa, Lechín, Hojiblanca, Verdial, and Acebuche.
Olive oil is a versatile kitchen companion – perfect for dressings, baking, and frying. Thanks to its high smoke point (190–210 °C), it retains its flavour and nutritional value even during cooking. The mountainous Andalusian microclimate gives our oil its distinctive depth of flavour and naturally high polyphenol content.
The unique Los Cantos ceramic refill bottles are custom-made at the local pottery workshop Artesanía del Prado. The design reflects our belief that the benefits and value of olive oil deserve to be celebrated in every kitchen. The interior is fully glazed, creating a waterproof and oil-proof barrier. This makes the bottle completely non-porous, protecting the oil from both air and light. It can be refilled easily straight from the canister without a funnel. Capacity: 250 ml.
Each bottle comes with a natural cork pourer.
Each metal canister measures width 109 mm; length 163 mm; height 171 mm. The weight of one filled canister is 2.5 kg, and the total shipment weight is just under 6 kg.
The price does not include transport costs. VAT is not added, as the company is not VAT-registered.
