1. General Provisions
These terms apply to purchases made from the online store Los Cantos de la Era. The seller is Boughton & Kivisild OÜ (registry code 17288175), address Harju maakond, Kuusalu vald, Tsitre küla, Hindreku, 74616, Estonia, email: loscantosdelaera@gmail.com, phone: +372 5664 2531.
The company is not a VAT payer. All prices are in euros and without VAT.
2. Ordering
2.1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the online store shopping cart system.
2.2. To place an order, select the desired products, enter the required details, and confirm the order.
2.3. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are in euros and without VAT.
3.2. Payment is made in advance via the payment methods offered in the store (bank links, card payment, etc.).
3.3. The order is considered paid once the funds have been received in the Seller’s account.
4. Delivery
4.1. Products are shipped within Estonia and the EU.
4.2. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method, but is usually 3–14 working days after payment is received.
4.3. Delivery costs are displayed before confirming the order.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (excluding opened or used food products, including olive oil, in accordance with § 53 (4) p 4 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act). To return the goods, the buyer must submit a notice of withdrawal from the purchase, including the purchase date, the name of the product, and the quantity, and send it by email to loscantosdelaera@gmail.com.
5.2. Returned goods must be in original packaging and unused.
5.3. The buyer covers the return costs, except where the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Complaints
6.1. The seller is responsible for non-conformity of goods with the contract for up to two years from the date of delivery.
6.2. To submit a complaint, send an email to loscantosdelaera@gmail.com, including photos of the problem if possible.
7. Data Processing
7.1. The seller processes personal data provided by the buyer only for order fulfilment and for compliance with legal obligations.
7.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except for the delivery service provider.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Disputes will be resolved through negotiations.
8.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled in Harju County Court or by the Consumer Disputes Committee in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
9. Payment Mediation
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The Seller has no access to the Customer’s bank or credit card details. The Agreement enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the Online Store’s settlement account.
The Online Store owner is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
